1. What are the next steps?

 

We start wtih an initial call! We absolutely love getting to know our couples, since we are truly choosing each other to work together throughout the planning process.


Once your needs are expressed, WNE will create a proposal and enter the review process. Ask all the questions! This is a big deal and we want to 100% make certain we are the right fit for you.


A retainer and signed contract holds the date (which is like inventory in our world!) and we get right to work! We cannot hold a date without a signed contract and retainer.


Our planning process has been years in the making, and we keep you on track from day one. We send a comprehensive list of to-do's and drive the bus from there. Enjoy every minute.

 

2. Where are you based and do you travel?

 

We are located in the quaint town of Townsend, Montana, which is between Bozeman and Helena.  We travel far and wide to oversee the events we work on. You can find us working in the tristate area of Montana, Idaho and Wyoming.


Some of the most common locations are Big Sky MT, Bozeman MT, Helena, MT, Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, Jackson WY, and Cody WY, all within 1-3 hours drive from home base.


We are also available in Big Fork MT, Whitefish MT, Glacier National Park and beyond.
